The Home 

Birchfield Residential Care Home is a family run home and we endeavour to always provide that extra ‘personal’ touch to make our Home as friendly and welcoming as possible whilst providing the highest possible standard of care and cleanliness within its calm and luxurious surroundings.

The property dates back to the 1890’s and was originally two residential properties; The Willows, which was a vicarage, and Wellfield.  The sympathetic conversion in 1987 to a Residential Care Home has meant that the building has retained most of its original features and all of its character and charm.  It is set in its own grounds and is surrounded by beautiful, towering trees thus affording it a very private aspect.  The Home is situated in a highly sought after residential area of Blackburn, Lancashire, near to Witton Country Park and within easy reach of Blackburn town centre and the local amenities.
